Update to Roll Out March 20th
You spoke. We listened.
Summit FCU will be rolling out the updated Web-24 on March 20th, 2017. In preparation for this update, we have outlined a few things you should know about the coming update which will make the transition as seamless as possible.
- Upgraded Security - Gone are the days of your SiteKey as a means of security. The new Web-24 will employ a validation code process which will send you a validation code via text message or email that will provide access to your accounts.
- New Look and Feel - In addition to improved security, Web-24 will be much easier to navigate. Designed to provide you with a better overall experience, not only does it look better, it performs better as well.
- New Features - Your new Web-24 account will allow you to login with Mint to make budgeting a snap! You will also be able to download transaction information into OFX for Quicken. Funds transfers can now be future dated, as well! All your favorite features from the current Web-24 will remain intact.
If you plan to use your cell phone to receive validation codes, BE SURE YOUR CELL PHONE NUMBER IS ON FILE!
In order to add your cell phone number to our system, please sign into Web-24, click "My Web-24" in the top right corner of the page, navigate to the "Mobile Alerts" tab and provide your cell number and cell phone service provider.
We sincerely hope you are pleased with the new Web-24. We are here to answer any questions you may have, so please do not hesitate to give us a call.
Please note: This update will only affect Web-24, your internet banking platform. The mobile app will not change.
